Our Story
Inspiring Strength
Hi, my name is Breanne. I have been practicing yoga for 18 years. I vividly recall my first class —
I was clumsy and couldn’t even touch my toes. Even though I was the worst student in my class at the time, I loved how I felt mentally and physically after class. Over the course of the next year and a half. With each class that I took, my body became healthier from the inside out and I craved to learn more about the yoga practice. I started for the physical benefits but I learned quickly how much it helped my mental health.
In 2008, I took a giant step and embarked upon my first yoga training, but not to become a yoga teacher, but simply to learn as much as I could.
The Journey Into EMS Training
Since then, I have become a full- time instructor, with an emphasis in Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga. My teaching style is fun, creative and up-beat class, designed a challenge students while supporting functional strength, mobility and flexibility. I don’t just aim to help hit poses, I focus on guiding them towards sustainable movement that supports every day life.
In the summer of 2024, I began my journey into EMS training. I was exposed to a form of EMS training in physical therapy after I undergoingTwo hip surgeries. During my physical Rehab, I discovered how powerful EMS was in targeting atrophy muscles, rebuilding strength, and restoring movement. It helped me activate areas traditional training couldn’t have reached. That made me realize how essential muscle strength is for joint mobility.

Flexibility + Strength
That experience shifted my perspective. It’s not enough to be flexible. You need the strength and the support that mobility. Now, integrate EMS and yoga to help clients create balance, resilient bodies that move with power ease and intention.
When I’m not in the yoga studio, I’m busy chasing my five kids and husband around. I’m an Arizona native and enjoy being outside in the sun, hiking or any other outdoor activities.

Wear natural fibers like cotton—they allow the EMS impulses to travel through your body more effectively than synthetic fabrics.
Best Options:

- Soft t-shirts without heavy screen printing or logos
- Lululemon “Align” pants and tops work well
For Men:
- Zippers on front or back pockets are okay
- Avoid zippers or thick seams around the knees, as they can interfere with pad placement
Please Avoid:
- Shiny synthetic fabrics

Shoes or no shoes—both are fine. Just come comfortable!
Don’t worry if you can’t find the right outfit. I have plenty of cotton shirts, pants, and shorts available to borrow.
Your trainer will properly fit you in an EMS suit that’s tailored to your size. Before your session begins, the suit and pads will be lightly sprayed with water to ensure optimal conductivity.
This means your clothes will be damp after the session.
Feel free to bring a change of clothes if you’d prefer to leave dry.
And don’t worry if you don’t have the right outfit—I’ve got clean cotton shirts, pants, and shorts available to borrow!
Your trainer will work with you to establish your personal fitness goals and areas of focus, then design a customized EMS program to match.
We offer both Pilates-inspired and functional strength-style workouts, using EMS to deliver deep, full-body muscle contractions with every move. Each session includes 15–20 compound standing and mat-based exercises that are updated weekly, so you’ll never fall into a boring routine.
Our philosophy: simple doesn’t mean easy. With proper form, targeted sequences, and the power of EMS, even minimal movements can take you to true muscle fatigue.
Trust us—our workouts are way tougher than they look.

"I was 47 years old when I started working out with Bre. Trying to find an effective way to lose weight and gain muscle mass during perimenopause, as traditional weightlifting, proved unfruitful and time wasted. Her methods proved to be the quickest shortest way to gain muscle mass, lose weight, and improve flexibility. Now a year later, still in the thick of perimenopause, I have lost 12 pounds and gained muscle in places I have never had before. I love her methods and her detailed teaching. Her attention to your individual needs is next level."

"I began my EMS training with Bre in the fall of 2024. I have always been dedicated to my fitness and have explored numerous workout methods over the years. EMS proved to be a true game changer for my strength training, enabling me to build muscle and reduce body fat. Although the sessions are brief, they are highly effective, as the use of electrical stimulation has transformed my physique. Without altering my diet or other workout routines, I have reduced my body fat by 7% and gained a significant amount of muscle. My body feels noticeably tighter and more lifted—an achievement that, at 57 years old, is not easily attained."

"I started EMS training with Bre about 6 months ago. It’s been so helpful to me in building muscle in areas that I’ve struggled with for years. Particularly my abdominals and glutes. Bre does such a good job of hitting on each body part during the 30 minute workout. The best part is, while it is hard, it is quick!"
